Career and Life
Mulayam Singh Yadav was a veteran Indian politician, socialist leader, and the founder of the Samajwadi Party (SP) in 1992. Born into a farming family, he began his career as a teacher before being inspired by socialist leaders like Ram Manohar Lohia and entering politics in the 1960s. He became a dominant force in Uttar Pradesh politics, renowned for championing the causes of farmers and backward classes. He earned three degrees in Political Science and was widely referred to as "Netaji" (Respected Leader). He passed away in October 2022.
